Consultation
Sometimes, the perfect ring will call to you from beneath the glass countertop. Other times, you have to get a bit more creative.
To get the ball rolling on your bespoke piece, we begin with an initial consultation to talk about ideas, timings, specifications and budget.
Once we've answered your questions and worked out the basics, we begin the design process - refining, refining and refining again, until you're completely in love with what's on the page.
Stone viewing
Next, we work with you to choose your diamond or coloured gemstone from our beautiful selection. Then Nigel and the team can get to work, handcrafting your precious piece onsite.
Handcrafted
Nigel and our team of jewellers get started handcrafting your design. The band and the setting is created and the stone is then set in place.
Finally, we give your ring a loving polish and send it out into the world - to be loved by you, and the one you love.

Planning
Big life moments come with big pressure. Big expectations. But, if handled with a bit of care (and a lot of good advice), these moments also bring huge happiness, wild excitement and very big rewards.
In terms of big moments, getting engaged is right up there.
If you're the asker, the ring buyer, the person on bended knee - it's likely you're experiencing a few big feelings. Our job isn't to tell you how, when or where to propose (we have no doubt you'll nail it) - we're here to help you make the best choice for you and your partner when it comes to the ring.
Budget
First things first: consider your budget. What can you realistically afford to spend? Ignore old-fashioned 'rules' about months' worth of earnings, and focus on the number that makes you feel good.
Options
Once you have a number in mind, think about what your partner may want in terms of precious metal, stone, size and style. Would they prefer diamonds or gemstones? Platinum or rose gold? Round brilliant or emerald cut?
If this step sends unpleasant shivers down your sweat-soaked spine, don't panic. You have options. We offer a 'proposal ring' - a band that acts as a stand-in for the big romantic moment, which you and your partner then later replace with the ring of your choice.
If you want to have input (but not total control), we also offer the option to propose with loose diamonds and a bar of gold - for the two of you to later mould into a design you both love. No matter how you do it, we're here for you - every step of the way.
