I cannot speak more highly of the team at McClurg's Jewellers. When it came time to purchase an engagement ring and propose, I realised I knew very little (lets be honest, nothing!) about what to look for, and the process to find the right ring.

But the team at McClurgs made the entire process so easy and seamless! I gave them very limited information to work with at the start, yet they still patiently guided me through every step happily - from the 4c's, to the style, through to the size, budget and final design details. They truly transformed the image I had in my head into the dream ring, and I am incredibly thankful for that.

We also had to manage the entire process via phone and email as I was travelling through South America for 6months right up until the big day, but this didn’t mean McClurgs dropped their service standards or support, if anything I feel it was even more impressive!! They went out of their way to ensure I still had complete confidence about the process and purchase, regardless of not being able to do any of it in person. Once the ring was complete, and I returned to NZ after my trip, they even managed to get the ring from Hawke's Bay to Queenstown where I dropped a knee. Rosa was absolutely stoked with the ring and now we live happily ever after! Hayden Sherriff.
